A Counsellor helps a person to find the positive changes that they want to make within their life – assisting through the journey or the stages of life, by listening, hearing and supporting.  This enables the healing to take place within a safe, confidential and trusting environment.

A Therapist assists the client to overcome the emotional barriers or psychological problems caused by stress, relationship issues, trauma or lack of self confidence or self esteem. Therapy enables clients to address their problems and make the life changes needed to overcome these problems, which in turn improves their health and well-being. 
  
A Coach supports a person with their dreams and assists them with making realities, by identifying desired goals; encouraging new ways of thinking, of looking at solutions; of being motivated, working hand in hand enabling the client to reach their full potential.

A Registered Counselling Supervisor with the Australian Counselling Association and the Australian Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming, supports and supervises other Counsellors and Therapists within the Counselling and NLP Professions.
