Time Line Therapy™
Time Line Therapy™ was developed by Tad James M. S., Ph,D. in 1985.  It is a fast and effective process for changing the chain of events leading to a certain set of unwanted behaviours or limiting beliefs.

Time Line Therapy™ teaches a collection of techniques that allows us to gain emotional control over our life.  Inappropriate emotional reactions such as outbursts of anger, depression, sadness, anxiety, fear, sadness, guilt are stopping us from getting the lives that we want.  Limiting decisions are those such as “I’m not good enough” or “I don’t deserve this” create limitations that don’t really exist and actually stop us from creating or reaching or attaining our desired goals and outcomes.

Thought Field Therapy
Thought Field Therapy (TFT) was developed over 40 years ago by Dr Roger Callahan PhD, a pioneer of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.  TFT is a drug free and non-invasive treatment that is designed to eliminate the cause of negative emotions. When an individual experiences limiting thoughts, fears or negative or upsetting emotions, an individual ‘thought field’ is created within the energy system or meridians of the person. The therapist works with the client to eliminate these problems within the body, as TFT is a meridian therapy and works by tapping specific meridian points on the body in a certain sequence.  When these points are tapped in the correct order for the client’s specific problem, the client experiences a rapid and dramatic improvement in the way they feel.

TFT can relieve a wide range of problems including:

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) was originally created in 1975 by Richard Bandler and John Grinder.
